We carefully pick out some of the best brands - Danish and international. All our merchandise are high quality at low prices.
We will be glad to ship out of Denmark, and we always send parcels abroad with insurance so your purchase arrives safely and Image Kids will be full responsible for the parcel to reach you.
Cost for shipping within Europe 0-5 kg.: 27 eu / 200 DKK
Cost for shipping outside Europe 0-5 kg.: 30eu / 225 DKK
Are you ordering from outside Europe you don't have to pay Danish VAT. When you are in check-out and write down a delivery adress outside Europe 20% will automatically be deducted.
Complaints:
All customers have 2 years to complain.

Return a purchase:
When you return a purchase please enclose the invoice and your Bank informations in case of refundment and please write down what's wrong with the item.
Shipping:
Image Kids ships from day to day and all parcels are insured. You will always be able to follow how far your purchases are by Track and Trace on www.postdanmark.dk e-service.
